Banana and egg pancakes - two ingredients, two minutes...done!
When you are limited for time or want something different to the usual porridge or cereal, these pancakes are a perfect speedy breakfast alternative for the babies. Particularly good for the little hands to grab and a lot less messier than porridge!
Prep time: .
- 1 egg
- 1 banana
- Whisk the egg and mash the banana and simply mix the two ingredients together.
- Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and spoon a small amount of the mix and cook.
- Flip the pancakes as necessary for a couple of minutes on each side.
Serve these delicious pancakes on their own or with some fresh fruit and/or some natural yoghurt in an Onco 2 in 1 placemat and plate.
